  • GAMBAS AL AJILLO – A popular spanish dish that combines shrimp with a sizzling and slightly spicy garlic oil, served with bread.
  • BUFFALO WINGS – deep-fried chicken wings coated in vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and butter. Served with cucumber, carrot veggie stick.
  • BEEF NACHOS WITH SALSA CRUDA SAUCE – delicious nachos loaded with seasoned ground beef and refried bean topping along with cheddar cheese and chopped peppers and onions.
  • CHEF’S LIVER PATE (MOUSSE TRUFFEE) – great tasting chicken livers sauteed in butter with shallots, garlic and capers, a little brandy, and then puree with cream and a little butter.served with french bread.
